The reasonable annealing temperature should be selected according to the size of the glass vials, the wall thickness, and the speed of the annealing furnace mesh belt. Once the annealing temperature setting is unreasonable, the permanent internal stress of the glass vials cannot be eliminated or not completely eliminated, thereby reducing the physical strength of the glass vials.
During the annealing process, the relationship between the time the glass vials enters the annealing furnace and the temperature, the heating time, the holding time, the cooling time, and even the posture of the glass vials on the mesh belt of the annealing furnace (horizontal lying, standing, reclining) It will also affect the effectiveness of permanent internal stress relief.
